Samples are routed for laboratory processing, aliquoting, storage, or third-party lab shipment as appropriate.

Shipment boxes are opened at a team member’s desk one box at a time
The airway bill and box type are recorded along with any box comment(s)
The sample(s) are accessioned, and the subject ID is entered along with any sample comment(s)
Our freezers are capable of maintaining conditions at -20°C and -70°C.
We have liquid nitrogen tanks that can achieve conditions of -196°C.

Sample TAT is completely customizable per client and study
We can turn samples around on same day as receipt
Samples may be grouped and sent at any different frequency set by the customer (weekly, monthly, etc.)
Same-day tracking for sponsors
Samples are received and registered into Preclarus the same day the samples are delivered to our location.
Sponsors can also see when the samples were collected at the clinical site and shipped from the clinical site if the site registers the samples on the Preclarus site portal.
